Trinity College Dublin.

What a library. Unbelievable.

Sorry about the heads in the photo, no software available currently to decapitate everybody, but just had to post this.

A stunning place.

This is an amazing library. Is it a working library for the university? Or is it more a research/special permission library… or museum? There’s just something about the look and feel of real books… I imagine this place had that wonderful, unique smell too.

    • Its a working library, and was absolutely incredible. There was “that” smell, you’re quite right. Just before the start of the picture is the reading room where the students take them to study.
Wonderful place, and seeing the “Book of Kells” before it was actually jaw dropping.
